My copy didn't arrive. What should I do?
We mail copies on the Thursday before cover date (Saturday) and most copies arrive to UK addresses on Friday or Saturday and within 5-7 days for overseas. Please contact us if you are receiving copies later than this.

I am moving house. How do I change my address?
Call us on 0844 844 0086 or log into www.subsinfo.co.uk. We need 1 week's notice to guarantee that your address can be changed in time for your move date.
When does my subscription expire?
If you pay by Direct Debit, your subscription will continue until you ask us to stop sending the magazine.
If you pay by cheque, credit or debit card, you will find your subscription end date on the letter confirming your subscription and on your renewal letters. Alternatively, log on to www.subsinfo.co.uk where you can find full details of your subscription.
When will the first issue of my gift subscription be delivered?
You can usually specify which issue you would like your gift subscription to start with. Please speak to our customer service team on 0844 844 0086.
Why are you writing to me before my subscription has ended?
We will send you renewal notifications each year if you pay by credit card, debit card or cheque. To ensure that you are able to renew your subscription in time to guarantee an uninterrupted service, we will send these renewal letters to you before the end of your subscription.
If you do not wish to receive these letters, why not consider renewing by Direct Debit? Your payment will be taken on a regular basis and your copies will simply continue until you tell us to stop sending them.
How do I renew my subscription?
If you're paying by Direct Debit, or continuous credit card, your subscription will continue automatically on the rate you are on until we advise you otherwise. You need do nothing, and we will continue to send copies out to you every week.
If you pay by credit or debit card, or cheque, we will send you advice and renewal prices in advance of the end of your subscription.
What happens when my subscription comes to an end?
If you are paying by Direct Debit, your subscription will automatically continue with regular payments. If you paid by credit or debit card or by cheque, we'll send you letters to ensure you have enough time to renew your subscription before it ends.
I want to cancel my subscription. What should I do?
If you are paying by Direct Debit, you will need to cancel your Direct Debit mandate with your bank. Please also send a copy of your cancellation letter to us. Your subscription will continue until the end of the paid term. If you prefer to cancel immediately, simply call 0844 844 0086 and we will arrange for a refund of all un–mailed copies.

My copies are arriving late, damaged or not at all. What should I do?
Please contact us or call 0844 844 0086. We will investigate with the Royal Mail or other overseas postal authority, and send out replacements where appropriate.
What is The Week app?
Everything you love about The Week, it's the same content as the magazine but in a dynamic and easy to navigate format. The magazine is delivered directly to your iPad and iPhone every Friday morning.
How do I get it?
Download it from the App Store. To access the most recent issues, you'll need to subscribe.

I already subscribe to the print edition of The Week, how much will it cost me?
To upgrade your print subscription to a print + digital subscription, it will cost you less than 20p an issue (just £10 per year). You can find out how to upgrade here
Unfortunately there are a number of costs associated with producing digital editions, including VAT and overseas tax; we are passing as little as possible of this cost to subscribers. Digital subscribers will automatically receive access to other digital platforms, wherever possible, as soon as they become available.
I'm a digital subscriber, how do I access the app?
Download the app from the App Store by searching for "The Week UK" or visiting itunes.com/apps/theweekuk . Open the app and select "I am a subscriber". Enter your Subsinfo password and select the issue you want to read, download and enjoy.
I already subscribe, how do I find my password?
Your Subsinfo password is printed on all correspondence, including the wrapper of the magazine. Digital subscribers will have been sent their Subsinfo password by email at the start of their subscription.
When is the latest issue available each week?
The latest issue will download to your iPad and iPhone automatically every Friday morning.
What is included in the app?
The app brings you all the content you know and love from The Week, with better, bigger images and an easy to navigate format.
At the moment the crossword and Sudoku are not available in the app. It's technically difficult to make a crossword or Sudoku puzzle work effectively, so it's just taking us a while to get it right. They will be released in a future update when we can get them to work smoothly.
How can I make the font bigger?
The font can be made bigger by tapping on the
symbol in the top right-hand corner when you are in an article and choosing the
option.
How can I dim the screen for night reading?
The screen can be dimmed for night reading by tapping the
symbol in the top right-hand corner when you are in an article and choosing the Night option.

How do I browse an issue?
You can browse through sections of each issue by swiping the menu on the left up and down. When you see a story you want to read, tap on it.
How do I browse articles?
When you're reading an article, just swipe left and right to move through the issue. Tap on the contents symbol at the top left to return to the index.
What devices does it work on?
The app is currently only available for iPad and iPhone. We recommend running iOS5 or above to enjoy the best app performance.
How long does it take to download?
Simply tap the 'Download' button under any issue you're entitled to read. Issues are around 10MB so are quick to download.
How do I share an article?
To share an article, simply tap the arrow icon at the top right of the screen and choose to share by Facebook, Twitter or email. You can also copy text in the app; just hold down your finger on the text you're interested in and the iPad or iPhone will allow you to choose and copy the relevant text.
Where do I find the app on my iPad or iPhone?
If you're running iOS5, you'll find the app in your Newsstand folder. Otherwise, look for the icon on your home screen
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. Once an issue is downloaded it's available for offline use.
Is the app available outside the UK?
Yes, however, if you're a UK user accessing the app abroad, please be aware of any roaming charges your service provider may have, or just use wifi only.
An old issue I wanted to keep has disappeared
No problem, you can just download it again from within the app. In the Settings section of the app you can choose to retain only a certain number of recent issues or all of the issues you have downloaded.
I want to read my purchases on a different iPad or iPhone.
Simply enter your Subsinfo password once you've downloaded the app, or download the app and the issues you want using your own iTunes password if you purchased in app.
I've reset my iPad or iPhone and lost my purchases.
No problem. If you have bought your subscription directly from The Week, simply enter your Subsinfo password (quoted on all subscription correspondence and the address label of the print edition) and you can download the issues you want to read.
iTunes subscribers should go to the Settings in the app and select 'Restore Purchases': iTunes will remember what you have downloaded and paid for.
How do I remove issues I have already read?
You can choose how many old issues you would like to keep by going to Settings > General > Manage Issues
How do I access The Week for Kindle?
The Week magazine is now available to buy through the Kindle store. At this time it is not possible to provide Kindle access for subscribers with digital entitlement. Customers who want to subscribe to The Week on their Kindle will need to subscribe through Amazon directly.
